Jack Winberg - CEO
Jack Winberg is the company’s Chief Executive Officer. He is also the CEO of The Rockport Group of Companies which are engaged in the development, construction, sales, and management of residential, commercial, industrial, and retirement properties.

Jack was educated in Business Administration and Law. He joined The Rockport Group in 1988 following a 12 year career as a specialist in land use and development law with the law firm Weir & Foulds, Toronto. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Revenue Properties Company Limited, a public real estate company with shopping centre and other income property interests across North America.

Jack is a founding Director of Clublink Corporation, a public company that owns and manages golf courses and resorts with golf amenities in Southern Ontario and Quebec. He is also a founding member of the board of InfoUtility Corporation, a new Application Service Provider, which is listed on the Toronto stock exchange. It will direct its efforts to providing high technology and e-business services to small and medium sized enterprises.

Jack is past President of the Urban Development Institute of Canada and a past Chairman of the Urban Development Institute (Ontario). He continues to contribute to the industry as a member of the Executive Committee of the Ontario organization.
   
 

David Scott - President of Construction
David Scott manages all the construction activities of the Group and brings his substantial experience to bear on ensuring the quality of the Rockport Group’s real estate products are the best they can be.

In David’s 25 years of construction and development experience, he has been responsible for the construction and/or management of single family, multiple residential, commercial and industrial developments throughout the southern Ontario market for a number of the country’s largest and most respected development firms

David’s depth of experience, long standing ties to the construction community and attention to detail allows Rockport to deliver the best possible product to its clients, whether they be homeowners, the retirement industry or commercial clients.
