The Rockport’s We’ve got you Covered
Program has been specifically designed to
facilitate a quick and relatively effortless
sale of your home. To be successful, it
requires that all participants follow the
conditions as set out below:
Agree to list your home with one of the
Rockport-recommended Realtors
Agree to list your home within a reasonable time
frame (a minimum of 90 days prior to your
confirmed occupancy date)
Agree to list your home within 3% of your
Market Value Assessment as determined by the
two recommended Realtors.
Agree to follow the recommendations provided
by the Home Stager. (within reason)
Agree to make your home available for showings
whenever possible.
Through the cooperative efforts of everyone, you
will achieve the best price for your home with
a
minimum effort and expense!
