Flexible Occupancy Date, up to a maximum of 90 days, at no additional cost. (Most builders
allow for only a 30-day extension and charge extra for it.) That means we can easily match the
Closing Date of your existing Home with the Occupancy Date of your New Condominium.
Like most things in life, timing is everything
As construction on your new home progresses, The Rockport Group will notify you of your
confirmed occupancy date, usually 90 days prior to occupancy. Participants in the We’ve got
you Covered Program will receive notification several months before the standard notification
to effectively and efficiently manage the Selling Process of your existing home.
Let us assist you listing your home hassle-free
Rockport will interview and recommend two top performing Realtors in your neighborhood
as well as negotiate a preferred rate. The Realtors will be required to research and present a
current Competitive Market Analysis to determine the effective listing value of your property.
You can then interview the Realtors and select the one you prefer.
Stage your home to get the maximum price
Rockport will provide you with the services of a professional Home Stager at no cost, for your
initial consultation and report*. Any additional time will be at your cost and discretion.

Get your realtor working for you
Your chosen Realtor will work directly with both you and The Rockport Group to provide
weekly updates on the market activity of your property. In addition, they will be required
to actively market your property for sale, create a detailed marketing plan and handout for
prospects as well work closely with The Rockport Group to confirm your occupancy date
before finalizing the offer negotiations.
We have thought of everything for a hassle free move
Again, if you sell your present property before your new home or condominium is complete,
Rockport has negotiated a discounted weekly rate at quality accommodations nearby. Plus we
negotiated a discount rental rate at a local self-service storage depot where you can safely store
your furniture and family heirlooms until you need them.
